Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is due when the order is placed. The remainder is due 10 days prior to delivery. No orders will be released until the final balance is paid.
One free sample (invitations only). Additional samples will be charged at £5.00 each.
Proofs must be signed and returned with any corrections clearly marked. Any amendments/alterations following final approval stage will be charged at an hourly rate of £25.00.
All our items are hand made and therefore it is possible that subtle variations may occur.
Cancellation of orders will be subject to any costs incurred.
Payment of the deposit is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
